Key recommendations focused on 1) Leveraging pan-Canadian best practices in pharmacy-led healthcare services, 2) Prioritizing pharmacare coverage for the uninsured rather than disrupting or replacing existing coverage, 3) Mobilizing funding for drugs for rare diseases; and 4) Balancing cost-savings with patient-centred value by consistently applying a 'whole-of-government' approach.
