Neighbourhood Pharmacies submitted its response to the PMPRB Consultation on the Proposed Consequential Amendments to the January 1, 2021 Guidelines. In this submission, the Association highlighted concerns that the proposed changes would bring forward the date by which manufacturers must comply with the new Guidelines. The position advanced by the Association was aligned with the position of our supply chain stakeholder partners.
